Stand Up Paddle Boarding 1 Hour Taster Session - £20 per person
The session is aimed at people who have never stand up paddled before or people who have had a go but want to learn the basics.
Learning to paddleboard is a fast and fun process The session is designed to give you the information you need to get on the water safely, have fun and learn the technique of paddleboarding.
During the session you will be given an introduction to how the weather and environment affects you, how to carry the board and paddle, paddling technique, different types of turns, self rescue, and how to fall safely.
Equipment: boards , paddles ,leashes and buoyancy aids provided .
Pupils need to bring own footwear and wetsuits if required.
- Maximum 6 pupils per session (More Possible If Boards Shared Or Even 2 Up!)
- Minimum 3 pupils (or £60 payment for up to 3) required for course to go ahead
- Venue: River Ouse Launch Nr ST Neots Rowing Club
- Available April To October
- Minimum Age 8 Years Old
- Under 18 Year Olds Must Be Accompanied By An Adult
