Delivery & Returns

FREE DELIVERY

At present, free delivery is offered to all Jonti customers on products over £60 unless stated otherwise. Customers will be informed of any delivery charge before ordering. Goods will normally be delivered within 5-10 working days. Our free delivery service will deliver your goods Mon-Friday between 8am and 6pm. Our carriers will always call you prior to delivery to arrange a mutually convenient time for delivery but can not give a specific delivery time. For a small surcharge, deliveries can be chosen for an AM or PM delivery or a Saturday morning. Please contact us for further details. As a general rule, all orders over £60 in value will be delivered free in UK mainland, to check simply proceed to shopping basket and check your available delivery options.

DELIVERY ADDRESSES

We will deliver your order to the address that you give us for delivery at the time you make your order but please be aware that as a UK supplier, we only deliver to mainland UK addresses. A few postal addresses in Northern Ireland, some offshore islands and some remote areas of Great Britain may not be covered by our normal delivery services so we may have to contact you to advise of extra postal charges.

We will deliver to an address that is different to the billing address should you wish to send the order direct to the recipient or to work.

DELIVERY CHARGES

The charge for standard delivery is only £1.95 and is FREE for orders over £60 and these will be delivered by Royal 1st Class mail or courier for larger parcels and this will be at our discretion.

We pride ourselves on our quick and efficient delivery service and expect that your items will be delivered within 8 working days (does not include weekends) of receipt of your order. If you do not receive your order within 28 days of the date which you ordered we shall have no liability to you unless you notify us in writing (or e-mail) of the problem within 30 days of the order date.

We do offer a next day delivery service for some products and this is made by courier but these orders must be placed before 1pm to ensure next day delivery. This service does incur an extra charge which will be displayed when you select this option or contact us for more information about our delivery options. Next day delivery is only made on working days (ie Monday to Friday) and does exclude Bank Holidays. Therefore next day orders placed on a Friday, before the last order time, will be delivered on Monday.

Next day delivery to Northern Ireland and Northern parts of Scotland could take 48hrs.

UNDELIVERED ORDERS, MISSING ITEMS AND WRONG PRODUCTS

If you believe you have received the wrong product or an item is missing from your delivery or you believe that your order has not been delivered please contact customer services within 48 hrs of receipt of your order (or expected receipt). CUSTOMER SERVICE NUMBER 01480 811242

RETURNS POLICY

We are sure that you be delighted with your item but if for any reason the item you have ordered is defective, or you have changed your mind then we will happily organise a refund for you or send you a replacement, providing the item is in its original condition.

Obviously where we have made an error or the product is defective we will happily refund you or organise a replacement product with the correct personalisation.

To return an item, simply e-mail us at sales@jonti.co.uk with the following information:

Order Number
Item/items to be returned
Reason for the return
Are you requesting a refund or replacement
A daytime telephone number.

Providing the item is returnable under our returns policy we will send you a RN (Returns Number) and this must be clearly identified with the returned item. Please do not return anything without an RN as we will not be able to identify where or who the return has come from.

Where the return is a result of a quality issue we will of course refund the cost of the return. Under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations (2000) we offer our customers the option to notify us of their intention to return unwanted goods within 7 days of purchase/receipt of goods (whichever is longer), in exchange for a full refund, with no penalty.
